With a strong focus on strategy execution, corporate governance, and operational alignment, Hakan Göral has consistently enabled performance-driven change within complex, multi-sector organizations. His leadership has centered on strengthening governance frameworks, leading enterprise-wide restructuring initiatives, and translating strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
Hakan Göral is a senior executive with more than thirty years of leadership across industry, manufacturing, and agri-business in Türkiye. A 1990 mechanical engineering graduate of Boğaziçi University, he holds an MS in industrial engineering from Marmara University and completed executive programs at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and at Stanford University.
His career began at Koç Holding, where he spent over a decade leading supplier development and purchasing across the automotive group, followed by CFO and deputy general manager roles at Mako Elektrik, a Magneti Marelli joint venture. He went on to serve as Senior Vice President for Türkiye at Componenta, then as CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of İnci Holding. In 2016 he joined Tekfen — leading Toros Tarım as General Manager and serving as Vice Chairman of the Agri-Industry Group — and in 2023 was appointed President of Tekfen Group Companies. Since 2026 he has served as Group CEO of Doğanlar Holding.
